Quite good, the bacon burger was a delight

The burgers are quite good, but nothing special, just solid.

High price but highly recommended if you want to treat yourself occasionally. Definitely a delicious experience

Few seats due to corona, therefore longer waiting times. Take away but possible. The mini burgers were dry, the rolls were standard finished products. Price-performance ok. If you don't pay a lot, you shouldn't expect luxury ...

The shop is awesome! It starts with the staff. Everyone is always super friendly! If there is no space, they inquire directly and look around where the customer could sit down to enjoy the delicious food. Whether it is inside or outside the actual restaurant. Every wish is fulfilled here, even if according to the cash register or program an extra request such as Extra meat etc. would not be possible. A visit during the coupon campaign is especially worthwhile! The offers are very, very fair and you are guaranteed to be full. However, also outside of the coupon campaign, i.e. at regular prices, you will not be disappointed here. The burgers are always freshly prepared. The meat is freshly fried for each burger individually. Especially practical for the fact that no food has to be thrown away. Because only what is ordered is prepared. Another special thing about Burgerista is that you get as much sauce as you want (not on the burger, but with the fries as a side dish) The choice is huge here. There are tons of different sauces. The right dip is guaranteed for every taste! So far everything has always been to my complete satisfaction and I like to come back again and again! Keep it up! You are a great team in Mönchengladbach !!

Great burger shop? The ambience is right, the staff is very nice and accommodating. Especially in the Corona period, the employees try everything to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that you customers are satisfied. The food is always fresh and so delicious?. After we went on a kids shopping tour, we made a stopover and ordered a serving of french fries as a snack for 6 girls (12-13) for € 3.50 All the girls did not agree with the portions !! Your Polish operator was anything but charming. Environmental awareness is also not very important. Ketchup and mayo in plastic bottles which, according to the statement of the service staff, are not refilled, lead to 0 stars!

Extremely unfriendly service, and when you wanted to explain to the boss that the cashier was unfriendly, the boss was abusive and insulting! Food is good, but service under this boss, a disaster! Never again!

Personnel is trained during operation, which is okay. is ... but then led to an incorrect order and had to be made again. which then led to long waiting times. But they were very friendly, all customers were regularly reminded to keep their distances. The burger itself was ok, if small. The fries looked better than they tasted. The home-made lemonade is a nice idea. The vegan nuggets and vegetarian burger options are an absolute plus :)

What one is used to from the chain!

Stayed at the Burgerista on a Monday evening. Excellent burgers - tasty with a firm, not-so-sweet bun. The courteous service also made it perfect.

Brisk service and friendly welcome. I was a little “shocked” that the sauces and mayonnaises are no longer at the table - but that is probably due to Corona. If desired, when picking up the food there is a dash of BBQ or mayonnaise on the tray. Burger was slightly cool but as tasty as ever, the fries were extremely hot and crispy. Homemade iced tea and the sodas are not too sweet and extremely tasty. The price is already above average, but it is a lot better than the bland competition. On the whole, a visit almost like before - but I really miss the mess with the sauces.

I felt neither welcome nor valued as a customer today. Apparently a single person no longer leads to enough sales today. Contactless payment also didn't work. Then no sales. Only the cancellation of the order was smooth.

Great delicious fast food. Located on the upper floor of the Mint shopping centre, this fast food restaurant has delicious and inexpensive food. There is a large variety of sauces to choose from. (An unique apple barbecue sauce, hot barbecue sauce and many more) I really enjoyed the French fries, they were crispy, warm and delicious.

Basically, it is always good to us here, quality is also above average. Was something strange recently that we paid for different employees for the same order different prices. Maybe you weren't right in there yet, but that shouldn't be the case, especially since the store isn't the cheapest anyway.

Enjoyed very much eating here. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will certainly return again .
